About The Event

You will enjoy a home cooked, 3-course meal, using authentic Vietnamese herbs and spices. It has a typical South East Asian cuisine balancing the five essential flavours: sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy. It is my own adaption of this fragrant cuisine which is full of exquisite Asian flavours, but without the spiciness. South East Asian condiments will be served alongside, allowing you to add a little extra spice if you wish.

Mocktails will be served upon arrival. The starter will be flavoursome vegetable spring rolls served with Vietnamese-style salad. The main course is a delicious Vietnamese Curry with fresh herbs, served with fragrant steamed rice and vegetable stir-fry. There will be a choice of main course: either a chicken or a vegetarian curry.  

Dessert will be my fusion spin on a typical South East Asian sticky rice mango pudding.

Price : £30 per person
