About The Event

You will enjoy a home-cooked, 3-course meal, using authentic Malaysian herbs and spices. It is my own adaption of Malay-Chinese cuisine which is full of exquisite South East Asian flavours. Typical condiments will be served alongside, allowing you to add a little extra spice if you wish.

Mocktails will be served upon arrival. 

The starter will be scrumptious vegetarian curry puffs with Malaysian-style salad. 

The main course is a delicious Nyonya curry served with fragrant steamed jasmine rice (Malaysian-Hainanese style) and stir-fry vegetables. There will be a choice of main course: either a chicken or a vegetarian curry.   

Dessert will be my fusion intake on Bubur Cha Cha (a typical Nyonya pudding consist of sweet potato, fruits and sago in a fragrant pandan-infused coconut milk concoction).

Price: £27 per person
